Description
The Petzl MINDER is a high-efficiency Prusik pulley designed for progress-capture systems used in rescue, work-at-height, and hauling applications. Specially designed moving side plates allow seamless use with a Prusik friction hitch, enabling controlled hauling and reliable progress capture.
The MINDER family includes lightweight models optimized for moderate loads as well as high-strength versions built for intensive use and heavy hauling. All models feature sealed ball bearings that deliver smooth rope travel and excellent mechanical efficiency.
Single- and double-sheave configurations allow for simple hauling systems or complex mechanical advantage setups. Double models include parallel-mounted sheaves and an auxiliary attachment point for advanced rescue applications. Large attachment holes accommodate multiple carabiners, while the specific side plate design protects the rope path.
