Although many of our employees have been regulars at NATE Unite since the early 2000s, for the first time, ASK Tower Supply actually had a booth on the expo floor! Hosted at the brand new Caesar's Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada, NATE UNITE 2022 was an amazing success with over 2600 attendees and more exhibitors than ever before. While the extravagant and flashy booths filled with sales reps and free beer sure kept busy, ASK Tower Supply's good ole fashioned, down to earth crew networked and shared industry stories with some existing and many new faces. Our "Tower Climber Nutrition Facts" T-shirts were a huge hit! Also, our very own Kyle Barr was also selected to open the show with an educational session titled Rope Selection 101, which filled the room! The real highlight of the week was the Vertical Freedom movie premiere. What an amazing film and a great glimpse into what it's like for the brave men and women that climb up the towers every day just to keep our phones buzzing. An Albuquerque local by the name of Robert Gallegos who works for Advanced Tower Services was one of the featured climbers in the film. Robert's story of how he overcame so much adversity in his life and career is a perfect example of the type of people with grit and passion that we at ASK Tower Supply feel so fortunate to work with. Tower Technicians are so much more than just tower techs, they are the blood of the telecommunication industry, which is what keeps our wireless world turning. Maintaining the highest standard of safety for these tower climbers has always been the priority of The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association (NATE), and this conference along with the Vertical Freedom movie was a great reminder of why that continues to be the case.
