Guzan™ Exothermic Weld Metal Powder is ASK Tower Supply's in-house brand of weld metal for all you grounding and lightning protection needs. Unlike Cadweld, Thermoweld, and Harger, our weld metal is packaged in safe, moisture resistant, metal pouches. Within each pouch is the starting powder packaged in a separate, small canister. With this, there is no mixing of weld metal and starting powder, which would ultimately results in costly no-starts. The sealed pouches are a much safer method for packaging weld metal with no risk of pre-ignition or spreading to other canisters, so throw it in the back of your truck, take it up a tower, or drag it down into the mud of a trench, and keep your peace of mind.

Our weld metal composition is of the highest purity copper compound on the market, resulting in the cleanest and strongest exothermically bonded connections possible. With this composition, there are virtually no burn-outs, and the weld process is a safe, flame free and non-popping weld.
