H-Frame Equipment Rack Kit
H-Frame Equipment Racks deliver a reliable, code-compliant solution for mounting critical communications gear at cell towers, rooftop sites, and remote installations. Built from extra-stout 3-1/2" plain-end hot-dip galvanized pipe (not lighter 2-7/8" OD posts used in some competing racks), these single-sided, 2-post systems provide unmatched strength and flexibility for RRUs, BBUs, cabinets, fiber distribution, and multi-carrier radio deployments.
Designed for full customization, these racks are available in multiple widths, heights, and level configurations to fit any site—from compact rooftop small cells to dense urban macro arrays. Choose between direct burial or heavy-duty welded bolt-on base shoes engineered for additional wind load resistance. The bolt-on base option includes 5/8" x 2" heavy-duty galvanized hex bolts to lock the posts securely in place—even against uplift—and factory-supplied 1/2" x 6" concrete anchor bolts with all required hardware for pad or rooftop anchoring. Each base shoe is also designed with a weep hole to drain any moisture buildup inside the pipe.
Each rack is manufactured to order, ensuring compliance with carrier standards and site-specific requirements. Standard features include:
1-5/8" deep slotted galvanized unistrut for universal mounting.
3/8" U-bolts sized specifically to allow a socket to fit inside the deep strut channel, making installation far easier than with 1/2" U-bolts.
Red vinyl safety caps on pipe ends for OSHA compliance and visibility.
