CLEARANCE: Petzl VULCAN carabiner TRIACT, NFPA ANSI CSA BLK

This is a Petzl clearance item. We either just have a bunch of these and want to share the wealth, or more likely these items are usually at or near the end of their series. This means Petzl is planning on replacing them with a newer version sometime soon. They are still brand spanking new and in the box, and in no way defective.
